Matt Henderson

Matt is a Senior Analyst on Prado Group’s acquisitions team, where he supports underwriting, due diligence, debt financing, and capital raising across the firm’s multifamily and commercial investment activity.

Prior to joining Prado Group, Matthew was on the Development Team at Cresleigh Homes Corp. in San Francisco, where he built financial models, feasibility analyses, and worked on project entitlement efforts for residential, office, and mixed-use development opportunities across California. Earlier in his career, Matthew was a Project Engineer at J.B. Pacific Inc. in San Diego, where he assisted in day-to-day construction operations including procurement, bid leveling, submittals, and RFI review.

Matthew received his BS in Civil Engineering-Structural, with a minor in Construction Management, from California Polytechnic State University. Outside of work, he enjoys ultrarunning, backpacking, and fishing.
