

Dan Safier is the President & CEO of Prado Group. Dan is responsible for the firm’s overall investment and development operations. Throughout his 30+ years in the business, Dan has invested and developed residential, retail, office, and mixed-use properties throughout the Western US. His passion is creating great walkable, urban mixed-use environments.
Dan is a member of the Urban Development Mixed-Use Council (UDMUC) of the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, and Lambda Alpha International. He is the former Chairman of the Board and current Board Member of the Jim Joseph Foundation, a Director of SPUR, a Member of the UC Berkeley Fisher Center Policy Advisory Board, a Trustee of the Schultz Family Foundation, and a Founding Member of UC Berkeley’s Terner Center for Housing Innovation. Dan received his BA from UC Berkeley and his JD from UC Hastings College of Law.


Craig is a Co-Founder of the Prado Group. At Prado, Craig has been involved in the acquisition of over 80 investment properties. During his nearly 30 years in real estate, Craig has focused on identifying acquisitions and asset repositioning, as well as asset and property management of multifamily, mixed-use, and retail properties. Craig’s primary focus at Prado Group is on sourcing acquisitions opportunities. Craig is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in California and is a Board Member of the National Multifamily Housing Council as well as the Francisco Park Conservancy. Craig received his BA from UC Berkeley.


Cindy is focused on driving Prado’s business strategy, marketing, branding, and property operations and performance. Cindy is engaged in Prado’s investments from acquisition through the value-add process and into stabilized operations and ultimate sale or recapitalization. Prior to joining Prado Group in 2014, Cindy was Vice President and ran Marketing at Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc. for 13 years, where she was responsible for corporate branding and the marketing program for the entire residential portfolio. Cindy is a member of the Urban Development Mixed-Use Council (UDMUC) of the Urban Land Institute and a member of SPUR. In addition, she is an Alumna, Harvard Business School Executive Education, PLDA and an Emeritus Executive Vice President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Board. She is also a Member of the University of California Berkeley Extension Advisory Board. Cindy received her BS from UC Berkeley.


Zach joined Prado Group in 2010 and oversees all investment and acquisition activity at Prado. Zach is responsible for managing the team that sources, underwrites, structures, and executes acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and recapitalizations at Prado Group. He also works closely with the asset management, retail, and office leasing teams. Prior to joining Prado Group in 2010, Zach worked at Lehman Brothers and Marcus & Millichap in New York where he won awards including #1 Broker. Zach is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). He received his BA with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

Bridgett works with the acquisitions team to source and evaluate acquisitions in the Pacific Northwest markets. She focuses primarily on multifamily and mixed-use acquisitions in the Seattle and Eastside submarkets. In addition, Bridgett assists with business plan strategy and implementation as well as asset management. Before joining Prado, Bridgett worked at Regional Investment & Management (RIM) in business development and asset management, where she oversaw a 2,000-unit multifamily portfolio. Prior to RIM, Bridgett worked at Square. Bridgett received her MBA from University of Southern California with a concentration in Real Estate and holds a BS in finance from Santa Clara University.


Alex manages the ground up development of multifamily and mixed-use projects, including renovation and repositioning of value-add projects. Alex has experience in a wide range of project types and worked internationally with HOK Architects on large institutional, hospitality, and commercial projects. Alex also worked for several Bay Area architectural consultancies focused on high-end single-family and multi-family projects prior to joining the Prado Group. Alex received his Advanced Diploma in Architecture and Engineering from Algonquin College in Canada.


Sasha focuses on evaluating multifamily, retail, and office opportunities as well as sourcing investments to expand Prado Group’s acquisition pipeline. Prior to joining Prado Group, Sasha worked in the Capital Markets division at JLL where he focused on the sell-side advisory and underwriting of office, life science, industrial, and R&D assets across the Bay Area. His previous work experience includes roles at Bridge Investment Group as well as Golden Gate Ventures. Sasha holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.


Justine is responsible for Prado Group's Asset Management, focusing on creating value, optimizing operations, and overall property and portfolio financial performance. Justine's commercial and multifamily real estate experience spans more than 25 years, as Vice President of Asset Management for one of Los Angeles's premier development and investment groups where she was responsible for the economic performance, repositioning, and the physical condition of 42 mixed-use properties. Justine was also Asset Manager with the largest San Francisco multifamily owner operator, overseeing the management, leasing, and financial performance of a large multifamily and retail portfolio. Justine has served as General Manager of one of San Francisco's most iconic high rise multifamily Class A towers, Business Area Manager, directed two high performing regions on the east and west coast, and Portfolio Manager of Commercial Properties overseeing more than 1.5 million square feet. Justine holds a BA from San Francisco State University, is a member of the California Association of Community Managers and holds the designation of California Certified Association Manager (CCAM) and California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM). She also has a California Real Estate License.
