3250 Lakeshore

Prado recognized a unique off-market opportunity in the shops at 3250 Lakeshore. These essential retail spaces were under an existing short-term lease, but the short lease terms were at odds with the space’s important long-term role in the surrounding community. Because of this, it was necessary to address this issue to prevent disruption of the neighborhood’s ecosystem.

Currently, Prado is in conversation with 3250 Lakeshore’s tenants, exploring ways to blend and extend their leases and preserve the operation of this community retail space.
