Brittany Whitmer

As Chief of Staff at Prado Group, Brittany provides executive support and drives strategic initiatives while leading complex cross-functional efforts across the firm’s investment and development activities. She works closely with leadership to translate strategy into execution and ensure alignment across teams.

Prior to joining Prado, Brittany held roles across capital markets, banking, and executive support at BNY Mellon, J.P. Morgan, and First Republic Bank, where she worked alongside senior executives, investors, and clients on strategic initiatives, business development, and organizational strategy and execution.

Brittany holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and completed the Entrepreneurial Finance program at the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. She is a member of the San Francisco Ballet’s Young Patrons Circle and previously served as Co-President.
