Craig Greenwood

Craig is Principal and Co-Founder of Prado Group. He is focused on the firm’s investment and development opportunities, and has been involved in the acquisition of over 80 properties. During nearly 30 years of real estate experience, Craig has worked on identifying acquisitions and asset repositioning, as well as asset and property management across multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail properties.

Based in San Francisco, Craig is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in California and serves on the boards of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Francisco Park Conservancy. He received his BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
