Dan Stephens

Dan Stephens is the Chief Financial Officer at Prado Group, where he partners closely with senior leadership to support the firm’s growth and operational performance. He oversees Prado’s financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury, while ensuring strong internal controls and scalable operating infrastructure. He also works across the organization to advance strategic initiatives and support investor communications aligned with Prado’s long-term investment objectives.

Dan brings more than two decades of experience in real estate finance, portfolio management, and private equity fund operations. Prior to joining Prado Group, he was Vice President at Swift Real Estate Partners, where he oversaw portfolio management and financial operations for two private equity real estate funds totaling approximately $1.5 billion in assets under management. Previously, he served as Director of Portfolio Management at Prologis (AMB), directing three U.S.-based industrial real estate funds totaling approximately 11.8 million square feet with an aggregate fair value of roughly $900 million. He began his real estate career underwriting multifamily and master-planned community developments at Lennar Urban.

Dan began his professional career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising real estate clients on audit and financial matters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
