Nathan Lundell

Nathan is a member of Prado Group’s Asset Management team, focusing on the firm’s commercial portfolio and partnering across teams to advance the firm’s asset strategies and drive long-term value across both existing assets and development projects.

Prior to joining Prado, Nathan was with Grosvenor Property Americas, where he led the regional asset management function for a $550 million-plus portfolio of office, retail, and residential assets across the West Coast. Before that, he spent over a decade at Gap Inc. in real estate strategy and finance, driving portfolio-wide growth and investment opportunities across the company’s global real estate portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held roles in real estate capital markets and asset management at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) and Prudential Real Estate Investors.

Nathan holds a BS in Real Estate Studies and a BA in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is a licensed real estate broker in California.
