Nick Teshima

Nick is an Associate on the Asset Management team at Prado Group, where he helps drive Prado’s asset performance and operations across the firm’s portfolio. He partners closely with the acquisitions and development teams to execute business plans and value-add initiatives.

Prior to joining Prado Group, Nick was an Assistant Vice President at Acacia Capital, where he worked across asset management and acquisitions. Before Acacia, he worked within Carmel Partners’ capital finance group. Nick received his BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
