Stephanie Martling

Stephanie Martling is the Senior Vice President of Multifamily Asset Management at Prado Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate portfolio and asset management. She has a proven track record of driving asset value through strategic planning, value-add repositioning, and sustainable operations. At Prado, Stephanie leads the asset management efforts for the firm’s growing multifamily portfolio, partnering closely with the development, acquisitions, and operations teams to deliver performance and execution across all assets.

Prior to joining Prado, Stephanie was Co-Head of Multifamily Asset Management-West at BGO (BentallGreenOak), where she managed a $3 billion portfolio of multifamily assets across the Western United States. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at Carmel Partners, where she oversaw a diverse portfolio of conventional multifamily and student housing properties throughout the West Coast. A Bay Area native, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and currently resides in Marin with her family.
